Getting Started

How do I get started with Enrolly?

Simply sign up for a free account at app.enrolly.co. You can start with our free plan immediately - no credit card required. The setup wizard will guide you through adding your first students and setting up your schedule.

Do I need any technical skills to use Enrolly?

Not at all! Enrolly is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. If you can use WhatsApp or email, you can use Enrolly. We also provide step-by-step tutorials and support to help you get started.

How long does it take to set up my account?

Most tutors are up and running within 15-20 minutes. This includes adding your basic information, uploading your schedule details, and setting up your first few students.

Can I import my existing student data?

Yes! Reach out to us at shaowen@enrolly.co and we'll help you import your data.

Features & Functionality

Can parents see their child's schedule and progress?

Absolutely! Each parent gets access to a secure portal where they can view upcoming lessons and receive lesson updates.

How does the automated invoicing work?

Enrolly automatically generates invoices at the start or end of each month. Each invoice includes a PayNow QR Code and Enrolly is updated to reflect the payment status.

How does the rescheduling work?

When a student requests to reschedule a lesson, they can use the parent portal to do so. They will only see available time slots from your calendar, and you will need to approve the request before the lesson is confirmed to be rescheduled.

How secure is my data with Enrolly?

Very secure. We use bank-level encryption, are fully PDPA compliant, and store all data in secure Singapore-based servers. Your data is protected with the highest security standards.

Billing & Plans

Is there really a free plan?

Yes! Our free plan supports up to 5 students and includes core scheduling and management features. It's perfect for new tutors or those with a small number of students.

Can I switch between plans?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No contracts ever. All plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer discounts for annual payments?

Yes! We offer a 20% discount for annual subscriptions.

Support & Help

What kind of support do you provide?

We offer email support for all users, with priority support for Standard and Enterprise customers.

How fast do you respond to support requests?

We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours on weekdays. Priority support customers typically hear back within 4-6 hours during business hours.

Do you provide training on how to use Enrolly?

Yes! We are able to offer free onboarding sessions for new users. We want to make sure you're successful with Enrolly.

Can you help me migrate from my current system?

Absolutely. Our team can help you import data from spreadsheets, other tutoring software, or manual systems. We'll make the transition as smooth as possible.
